  • Duration: one or two months
  • Includes: Weekly 30-60 minute sessions where we work on your goal and adjust where needed
  • Best suited for: Those who feel they can reach a goal in a week without daily reminders 

Mariah Method Plan (Most Popular)

  • Duration: One Month, Two Months
  • Includes: Weekly 30-60 minute sessions where we work on your goal and adjust where needed + daily reminders
  • Best suited for: Anyone who needs a little support to get started 

Athlete Plan 

  • Duration: one to two months
  • Includes: Daily 30-60 minute sessions where we work on your goal and adjust where needed
  • Best suited for: Athletes, models, etc. who need a more hands on approach, typically a very strict plan leading up to an event, not a long term plan
