- Best suited for: Anyone who needs a little support to get started
Athlete Plan
- Duration: one to two months
- Includes: Daily 30-60 minute sessions where we work on your goal and adjust where needed
- Best suited for: Athletes, models, etc. who need a more hands on approach, typically a very strict plan leading up to an event, not a long term plan
