The Mariah Method
is a coaching program that targets your goals by first setting up a game plan. ‘You cant build a house on a foundation that isn’t secure’, says PN, and its the same with your health.
To begin, her clients fill out an information sheet that helps her better understand your current state of health, goals, and needs. From there, the client and Mariah have a one-hour session to discuss and develop a plan. This plan consists of working on one goal at a time until the goal feels completed. Mariah and the client will do weekly check ins/follow ups.
In some cases such as sports or body competitions, the check in/follow ups may be more frequent. If discussed, Mariah Method also involves checking food, feeling, workout, sleep charts, etc. Mariah is very hands on and personal with her clients, as she wants the best for them and wants them to feel confident and their absolute best.
Mariah also doesn't believe in taking all your favorite foods and beverages away from you. Yes, you can still have your favorite sneaky treat, "lets talk about it", she says. After completing Mariah Method you will never need yoyo diets again, your health will become your way of life, and your body will be your guide.
