Meat and Gluten free Lasagna

Ingredients:

1 package Italian Seitan by Upton’s Naturals
1 package Veggie Pasta Hearts of Palm Noodles
1 8oz can tomato sauce
2 chopped garlic cloves
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp pepper
1 tsp parsley
1 tbsp basil
1 tbsp garlic granules
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup grated cheese of choice

Recipe:

Preheat oven to 350F. In a medium sauce pan on the stove heat oil and chopped garlic for 1 minute, add in tomato sauce, all the spices, and Italian Seitan. Continue to stir often! Once boiling turn to a simmer (low heat) and let it reduce for 30 min or till reduced (it shouldn’t look too liquid-y). While the sauce is reducing, follow the instruction to prep the veggie pasta, after, place a bottom layer of pasta in a glass dish (made for the oven). Once the sauce is reduced spread a half inch layer of it onto the pasta; add a little grated cheese and then cover the sauce with a single layer or pasta. Continue adding sauce then pasta until you are out of pasta, end with sauce and cheese on top. Put it in the oven and bake for 30 minutes or until heated all the way through.
